The TV's fixed mount favored the sofa over the beds, leading to awkward viewing angles from the sleeping area. Valet service was painfully slow, taking around 30 minutes at times. The lingering smell of cigarette smoke permeated the rooms.

The communication regarding room rate extensions could be clearer to avoid discrepancies. The TV setup wasn't ideal for viewing from the beds, which affected our comfort during downtime.

The room was huge and beautiful, and I was especially impressed with the gorgeous shower and plenty of towels. I really enjoyed relaxing in their cozy lounge area and having a drink at the bar after a long day. The only minor downside was that I felt the nearby area could use a little sprucing up. ⚡
